Just make sure that you don't keep the =RND() in the formula when you send it out. Because this value changes anytime the sheet is calculated (opened, saved, etc.). do it once, then copy, paste special -> Values

I'm sure you knew this, just wanted to make sure

Its ok already spotted it, saved the random number after calculating as value only. So its all there ready 22 entries for Johnny to choose from. Now please i hope the other six arrive so i dont have to rejig it

I'd rather wait until all mini's that are in the draw will be in. learned from experience of last year, that those that are late, never arrive.

Um...this sounds a little self contradictory to me. I thought the draw was going to be made a week from the due date whether minis were in or not. If we wait for all promised minis to come in we could be waiting months or forever, like the last legacy team.

Are there any contributions that are not in the mail already ... ? I don't think so ... everything that has been sent before the deadline should be there in a couple of days ...

Tim i think youjr's is at the post office waiting for me to pick up as it was too big to get through the post box yesterday. I'll get it at lunchtime.

If its me it will be "have the mini here by day X or - barring extreme circumstances - tough."
Seems to be the only way to get everyone finished in time.

or put double deadline for futur legacy

ex:
one to finish painted the mini, at end of january
second 15 february, 2week for posting an receiving is enough no ?

When its being arranged 6 months in advance, then one closing date should be enough. Surely people can actually organise themselves so that the mini is painted/sent and received before a certain date
