INTRODUCTION

Welcome this tournament will be using the Bloodbowl 2020 exhibition rules with all errata and FAQs since published, Dominionbowl 4 is a resurrection tournament and teams return to full strength for each match. We will also be using Tourplay to run the scheduling and match recording so an internet capable device will be necessary, wi-fi is provided on site, the tournament will go online for registrations on the 1st of August 2025 and rosters will be accepted until midnight on Wednesday the 10th of September.

Only Teams & Star Players released by GW up until the 1st of August 2025 (Spike magazine, Almanac & Teams of Legend) as well as the NAF Slann roster will be considered legal for this tournament.

Star Players

Tier 3 teams and below may take one star player after they have 11 rostered players.
To roster a star it costs FOUR skill points.
The same Star Player cannot play in a game where both coaches have rostered them.

"Sylvanian Spotlight" special rule.
0-1 Plague Doctor for 100k, available to teams with the
"Favored of Nurgle" special rule.

include an apothecary.
0-1 Master Chef for 300k, or 100k for teams with the
"Halfling Thimble Cup" special rule.




A coach cannot induce bribes if their roster contains a player or players that have either the Sneaky Git or Secret Weapon skills, including any Star Players they plan to recruit, Goblin and Snotling teams are exempt from this ruling and may take bribes even if they have a player or players (including Star Players) with the Sneaky Git or Secret Weapon skill.

Scoring

Games will be scored as follows:
Win = 100
Draw = 50
Loss = 0

TD = 3 (max. 9)
Cas = 2 (max. 6)

Tie Breakers

In order:
1. Tiering of the team (lowest tier wins)
2. Combined net TD/Casualty.
3. Roll off (3D6)


Concession

A concession will result in the conceding team losing '3-0 3-0 2-0', to give maximum points to their opponent.

Please note: Every casualty counts as a casualty. Please log all casualties on Tourplay including any regen/apo’d cas.
(blocking, crowd, bomb, rushes, dodges, TTM, etc.)

Timing

Rounds are two hours fifteen minutes apiece, so play to four minute turns or risk not finishing! If you haven’t finished your game within the time allowed, you will play until you have had an equal amount of turns, then dice down, regardless of how many turns have been played. Tourplay has a built in timer and turn counter and clocks may be used, preferably from kick-off.

Matches will be drawn five minutes before each round to allow coaches to get to their tables.

MISCELLANEOUS


Coaches are expected to bring painted miniatures to represent each player on their roster, a set of dice (3x Block die, 2x D6, 1x D8, 1xD16) and a pitch if possible.

Coaches are reminded that although Bloodbowl will be most prevalent, Dominion is still a commercial store, other members of the public may be present and despite the often emotional nature of our game please keep flowery language to a minimum. Abuse or violent behaviour will not be tolerated.

Lunch will be provided on both Saturday and Sunday.

On street car parking is available and there are several car parks in walking distance of the store, as well as rail and bus links within walking distance.

Tier structures are subject to change before the tournament is set up on the 1st of August 2025, no amendments will be made after this date.
