Wood Elf team

Well, I've jumped into what seems to be dangerous territory by placing a bid on eBay...

My wife likes the wood elves, so maybe if I get a team she'll want to play with them. I've sent my eBay name to be added to the list, so it should be in there sometime soon. Until then, hi! I'm alexscheibe on there...
I don't have infinite moneys to spend as I wish, so if anyone wants them enough I'm sure I would lose, but I don't think it hurts to announce honourable intentions here

I've gotta agree. But for getting familiar with the game it doesn't really matter. Just depends how things go later on or her style. Just pray she doesn't kick your ass!

Cool, thanks Relborn and BigD! I have the bid on this one still so I'll wait and see. I guess I'll know by Sunday whether I need help or not
I agree by the way that any team is fine for getting started, but in this special circumstance only this one will do.. My wife is a most excellent painter, and she really likes the wood elves, but she wasn't interested at all in playing Blood Bowl. Now that I've planted the idea of being able to play with a team she will like, she's starting to warm to it though. And I'm quite confident that she'll kick my ass once she gets into it

Just to let you know, theres another one gone up on Ebay. Okay its out of the USA but with a buy-it-now of the equivalent of £6.45 its not bad. Has the 11 players so then just P&P. As a thought anyway

I was overbid to almost the buy it now price on that one you mentioned Davin, so that was an easy choice. The shipping works out better for me from the US anyway, it'll probably save me the extra line elf in the long run. Yay!
