Is it really old? ...... I mean will it work with Windows ME onwards?
and how much is it worth?
Just general info would do.....I've seen it around and I am curious
about it.

Its not a bad game. Will run on a Win32 machine but only up until ME. Don't try it on Win2K or WinXP at all. DOH! Otherwise great little game.

You can run it with a win 2K machine if you aren't using NTFS and you boot with a DOS floppy. IMO it's not worth the effort though.

Does anyone know if the PC game applies the rules correctly? My gut feeling is that it doesn't, since the blocking percentages *feel* wrong - ST7 mummies being knocked down by halflings, etc. - but that could just be me.
Cheers,

No, It's not just you, my treemen just didn't seem to be able to even push a lousy Halfling. Think those guys were too much in hurry to sell the game, to properly write a game.

My brother and I noticed that if you play a one off game that it becomes nearly impossible to win. (Even harder if the cpu is halflings) but if you play the league format it becomes nose pickingly simple. lol
I also have the problem that when I buy new players they do not show up on my roster and the disappear from the "store".
Take the game and use it for a nice BB coffee table coaster. You'll enjoy it much more.

Would a team editor re-dress the balance of the game ?
