Hello all,

I'm sending this update before the main newsletter goes out next week
because it's been brought to our attention that quite a few of you have been
having trouble getting hold of our September releases. I've looked into the
matter and thought it best to send out this update to make sure that
everybody knows what is going on and why our September releases have been
delayed.

The reason for the delay is a new computer system we've had installed for
dealing with the despatch of orders. The new system took longer to install
than anticipated, creating a back-log of orders that we're still trying to
clear out. New releases will be put on the system once the back orders have
been cleared, hopefully by the end of this week or early next week.
Unfortunately this information was not passed onto all of the Mail Order
guys on the phones, which is why they have had a difficult time telling you
what is going on when you phone up. The good news is that apart from the
computer glitch there was no reason at all for the models not to have gone
on sale for the stated release date - the moulds were ready to run, nothing
was missing, and basically all systems were go. The same applies to future
release; we are already cutting the moulds for models that will be released
in December, all of our magazines our on time, etc etc.

Because of these problems we'll be checking on the status of our products
every week from now on, and will make sure that the guys on the phones know
what is going on. If we can keep them in the loop then we can make sure that
you get the most up to date information possible when you phone up.

Please accept my apologies for the trouble some of you've had trying to get
hold of our stuff. I'd like to say it won't happen again, but I think we all
know that would be... optimistic to say the least ; ) However, as long as
you keep letting us know about the problems you encounter trying to get hold
of the stuff we make, then we will keep on trying to sort out all of the
kinks in our supply system. As every, please mail us at

However this is only the UK, JKL .... the US is still getting screwed with a November release date for BB Mag #3.

Heck BB Mag #4 will be out before #3 is released in the US.
