A new league in Southampton is upon us!
Starting with a few weeks of social/learning/beer, then with the first season starting in a months time.

When: First meeting is Monday 30th July from 730pm

What: Blood Bowl! (and beer)

How much: Free! (The Blood Bowl, not the beer!)

How often: When the league season starts it will be fortnightly.

Who: Anyone and everyone.

Why: Because it will be fun

Well it was a social/play a game/remember how to play/drink beer/free pool kind of night tonight
There were 8 people playing and at least 5 who came along watching, with various other people unconnected to us in the pub saying oh i remember blood bowl, played it until a year or two ago! All good fun, and the league starts in earnest on Monday 13th August!

7 games were played in week one, awesome, we were expecting there to be 4 or 6 of us

All coming to ACC? Good stuff though, we're up to 10 coaches, but that's in Season 5!

I thought I'd bump this as we are nearing the end of season 1 and want more coaches for season 2. As we speak the Caledor Fire, Assinity, the Karneth Cruelhearts and the Anklebiters are all in the running for the inaugeral title. However, this just means season 2 is around the corner.

We're still at the Shooting Star pub and we're trying to get new starters along for 28th January in the evening. The final should be going on at the same time, so you can scope out the competition.
