For inducements are Mercenaries and Igors allowed? They aren't mentioned in the allowed or disallowed list and some people have an irrational hatred of Mercs.

Mercs definatelly a no-go, since they would undermine the skill progression balancing.

From a quick read, a big thumbs up for the rule set, I'm already excited about trying to build competitive rosters from different races

You can spend money out of your Day 1 budget on team stuff instead of skills. So your maximum depends on what tier you're playing.

Decision from WC4-Rules Committee: Igors will be allowed. I will update the rules and the Excel sheet tomorrow.

I guess Bugman's Starplayers aren't allowed. But on DZ2 Starplayers, it seems underworld have Kreek, Glart Sr, but not Madcap Miggz. He can play for goblins and underworld

Hi Guys,

Would it be possible to get the rules in a pdf? I like to theory bowl into/out of work and it would be good to get the rules without having to constantly reload the webpage.

oh, and btw I am too old to just remember the rules and tiers!
