I don't see where we need a list. The only people who'll be counted will be the ones who get their picture in on time. No pestering to get their mini done or anything, just, "Times up, let's vote". I think the initial, "who's interested" was just to see if we had enough people to actually have a contest. Now that we're having one, anyone can enter a mini so long as it's a Phils Phig. Those are my thoughts anyway.

or we could rig the contest and make sure nobody votes for his work, and just enough people vote for Norse's work to get him second (if he deserves) out of tradition
