Stat increase over 10
Hi guys,
I'm pretty sure I read somewhere in the rulebook that a stat can never be increased to a value over 10. Does anyone know where it says this or if I'm wrong?

Well, I guess the ideia is not having stats in general above 10, but, in the case of MA you have some players with 9, wich with the 2 stat increases in the rules will get over 10... (and in the case of skavens it would be easier, because you can get there with a 10 (+1MA) and any double (VLLs)...
ST and AG are out of this.... because they never start with more than 7 (and only strength)....
AV is also out of the league because there isn't a way to improve it (or am I missing something)....
So, we are only talking about MA here... if I remember well a talk sometime ago, you can "allways" increase any stat by 2... so, I guess you can, even if it takes the MA to 11...

Stats can go up 2 points,No more.
But I do remember Something not being able to go above 10,I'm sure it was just AV.But I cant find where it is written

But where in the LRB does it say that AV is limeted to 10? Or are you just saying that because no players can ever gain over AV 10 without the magic helmet?torg wrote:Armour is the only thing limited to 10. Everything else 2 over starting stats.

It probably doesn't say it anymore as the only way AV an be increased is with the Spikes mutation, and as Chaos Warriors are AV9 (the highest of those with access to mutations) they can only go to 10.
If your using cards or house rules for magic helmets I'd house rule it can never be above 10.
