2002 Catalogue

Post by Puggy BaconBreath »

Does anyone know anything about the 2002 Blood Bowl Catalogue mentioned in the latest White Dwarf? it says it is "following hot on the heals of the Space marine collectors guide"

Hopefully this means that the 2nd edition minis will be back in MO 8)

Well AFAIK, the Space Marine catalogue just shows you the entire range of minatures and some painting guides. OOP minatures are still OOP.

I had recently email Andy Hall about whether or not there will be an re-release of 2ed minis, such as kickers. He replied no re-releases but there will be 2ed minis available in Blood Bowl Cataloge, "due out soon".

Obviously there are some 2ed minis available, just hope they aren't just the archive star players (though I am sure those will be included as well).

Yea, wouldn't mind getting ahold of some kickers as well.

They're nice to have if you want to use the experimental kicking rules.

There used to be kicking rules in 2nd edition, so there are kicker models for them. There are some house rules for kicking the for the current rules and some people who use them would have a use for the kicker models. Then there are those who collect the models and some who convert models into other positions.

No, actually with the experimental ikicking rules, there are kicker positions for every team.
