Figures for Apohtecaries and Head Coaches
Just wondering if anyone wanted to share what they used for miniatures of their Apothecaries and Head Coaches. I have a Norse team and wanted a Barbarian (conan-esque) type figure for my head coach but I dunno where to look.
One guy in our league uses a Slann High Priest/Mage for the head coach of his Lizzie team and it looks great.
What do you guys use for your various teams?

Well, it all depends...
... GW officiale or not?
When I got started I used this oversized field marshall looking figure from the Anartica Rumble series: Black trench-coat, pearl-handled pistol, white wheel-hat, riding crop and ceremonial sword.
But I REALLY like the "human blood bowl ref".... I painted him to look roughly like myself, when I had a partial beard, and made the pocketed yellow/red cards look like a notepad and pencil. I scavenged a football and head from another model and placed them at his feet.... I painted the head to look like a freshly broken disembodied skull....
IF the GW store league insists on in-race coaches, I have taken a skaven marauder and carved off the sword.... He now looks like he's raising his fist for violent persuasion....
Apothecaries? Hmmm, the shadowforge "sports nurse" is the best....
I've acquired the pointing grey seer (Skaven) in case the same prob comes up at the GW store....

Well I have used an old Dungeons and Dragons figure as my apoth. He wears chainmail and carries an ankh in one hand and a mace in the other. I guess the ankh is to pray he gets better and the mace is to end his agony. And I have used various robed figures for my wizard. My friend made a halfling master chef with an old halfling minature and used some green goo to make a chefs hat, and a loaf of bread at his feet.

I'm trying to build a Skaven Head coach holding a book over his head to try and hide his view, using the Mordheim sprues (not explaining it very well).
I also want to do a version of him jumping up and down on his playbook in frustration, but still not sure how to do it.

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

At the moment im playing as Norse but i converted them into W'Wolves (i actually used plastic WFB models and wolf heads). As for a coach im thinking of getting an ogre and just have him standing there with a load of dog collars hanging of a load of chains (dog catcher pose).
As for an apoth i aint got a clue. I was thinking of making turne counters by doing doggy doo'doo out og green stuff.

I use an old Dwarf artillery crewman ( I think he's from the old flame cannon set) with an apron and a huge barrel under his arm as my apoth (remember - dwarfs don't need medicine, they just need a spot of the hard stuff to get them going again). I'm pretty sure I've seen at least one other team that has the same fig as an Apoth too.
My head coach is a REALLY old fig - I bought it as a Marauder miniature for those that remember that far back. It's an old champion or commander model with a hammer in one hand and the other hand pointing.
