That was my lack of carpentry skills - the mdf is 9mm thick and the smallest screws I could find were 12mm, so they stick out a bit, so are covered in green stuff. If you're standing there you're not on the pitch for long anyway

Oh yeah (this is directed to all those who took part in the tournament) I forgot to mention to you that there's a BB tournament at Maelstrom in June if any of you are interested. Date is to be confirmed, but I'm 99% sure I'll be going. Don't think it was very well attended last year as it was weekend after the BBGT.

I'm also up for going to the next Elfball tournament in Swindon, but can only make alternating weekends due to daughter issues! I'll try and project forward to see which weekends are free. Any idea which month we're talking, Mike?
