Or whats the parking like?
Station in Cheltenham a fair (probably more than walking distance) way from the centre where the venue is. But direct buses to centre of Cheltenham from station, so easy in that respect.
Car parking (plus the stupid one way system) in Cheltenham can be a bit of a nightmare. However, there are some big car parks not too far away, and might even be able to park up in a residential area if you know the backstreets well enough

I was going to post about parking nearer the time . . . . but just very quickly.
There is no parking at the venue. It is right in the middle of the high street in a pedestrianized zone. However, there is loads and loads of parking nearby. Off the top of my head there are 2 multi storey and 3 open air car parks all within 5 minutes walk of the venue. I will look at prices and will let you know which work out best nearer the time.
There is also a park and ride at the race course which is free parking and its then a cheap 7 or 8 minute bus trip into the town centre. The only draw back with this is the race course is the opposite side of town to the motor way junction - but it is an option. If anyone wants to do this the D bus goes every 10 minutes into town.
Cheltenham's one way system can be a little confusing so break out the SAT NAV and give yourselves an extra 10 minutes just in case.
Trains - the train station is a bit of a walk away from the centre as Nightwing says. However, the same D bus goes through there later on in its route and takes people into the town centre - journey time is about 10 minutes.
I can do a train station pick up from either Cheltenham or if you get there early enough Ashchurch - both of which are on direct lines from Birmingham and Cardiff. Bristol trains go directly to Cheltenham.

I lived there for 3 years so can probably guide you to some free parking on a quiet backstreet somewhere

Uphill!? Depends on your definition of hill!? There are plenty of park and rides. I'm likely to park up near the station (for free). If you google St Stephens Road in Cheltenham its 10-15 walk in from the edge of town. Past a cashpoint and co-op but pleasant enough. That's my plan as that's what I know.

Out of the station car park, turn right. It's upslope (if you want to quibble), but in this heat, I was allowing for folks as unfit as myself and calling it a hill.
Quibbles aside, the offer of a free ride is still there.

All - have been discussing it with Cornish, there will be a tiny tweak to round 1. Rather than random draw of teams, the point to the event is that teams are selected on a draft system. So, we will do a draft for round 1 as well, the order in which players choose their teams will depend upon the order in witch score matches you. Round 2 onwards with the draft starting from the bottom teams remains unchanged.
