Here's my zombie orc. Pretty please with him as he hasn't actually taken me too long in terms of time spent painting. He'll be making his way to England as soon as I find something to put him in.

How do you guys paint your name on the base ? I've got a hell of a time just getting a decent looking number on it...

I will try to paint my name on the mini.

I will start next week. Sorry, but no green stuff for me. I am hardly a painter, so certainly not a green stuffer.

The head was easy as it comes of the 40K boyz sprue and came out really well. He might have got a helmet or some ears but my attempt at shoulder pads made me think again and keep it simple.

Ask for my name - straight lines, turning the figure to various angles to make sure my brush is always going straight. Oh, and steady hands.

Paint your name in "Rough" but as nice as you can get it then "clean" it up with the background colour, this works for the numbering on the players too.S.

Ah, I am twisting and turning my brush... guess I should try the other way around.

Base is nearly done, still undecided if I want to add flock instead of just green-painted sand on it.
