But means nothing for the particular match. (yes, it can be used to buy freebooters, but they should be counted to the TR of the game)
Even though a team would have money to replace 8 players if they wanted, I don't think that makes the team any better for the game.

Just that I get it right:
If my lineman with a nig can't play, he won't be considered for the "TR of the day".

What about treeman, for example. They got stuck in the wood. Now, do they count or not? :o

Oh, and Christer:
You mathematical minded people will see that 7TR is equivalent to 15CR for ranking purposes.

Also note that each coach will have a separate CR for every race.
I was unfortunately excluded here. I am not mathematical minded, and suffer now :( .

Sorry, but I can't get an idea of the "real" influence that TR will have. It seems to be only relevant for league games because otherwise the tournament teams will have a very similar TR. Now what impact has it on

a) a matchup between two coaches having a similar CR
b) a very different CR??

I hope I could make myself clear in this respect. :o

Thx in advance

Mestari,

What you are saying is that a Team with 100K in the bank is just as good against a team with the exact same roster without the 100K. In a one-off game I certainly would agree with you, however in a league environment that 100K is a safety net to breath life into your team for the next game even after sustaining casualties.

It's like having 4-wheel drive on your car. You may not need it, and it otherwise is the same as a 2-wheel drive car, but it's nice to know it's there. Money in the bank is whatever you need it to be.

Let's also not forget that money could have been spent by you prior to the game, whether you are saving for a re-roll or a Big guy, you are that much closer to tht goal, so it was your choice. Of course I think you also want to count skill rolls instead of SPP's, so I doubt this argument will convince you.

Money and TR. Hmmm.... If you have a little bit of money saved, no big deal on the TR. If you have a lot, then bloody well spend it! LOL!
