Eurobowl Results

Post by Panico »

WOW!!!!

It's all over!

Thanks to everybody for coming. We put the place but it was YOU ALL to made the tournament and to made it a success!
It was 3/4 days of incredible fun and alchol (and some BB games, yes)

There's too many things I'l like to say, and I probably will forgot most of them...

Gratz to Spain! They finally made it, and probably they deserve it. If this Eurobowl was loud, get ready for the loudest Eurobowl ever.
METAAAAAAAL!

Gratz to Belgium! Surely unexpected, but they weren't lucky: they were strong! Really!

Gratz to Italy! Third podium in a row (3rd, 1st, 3rd). Maybe is because I'm Italian, but here we play some of the best bloodbowl!!!

Thanks to a lot of people...
Thanks everyone for attending: our is a very strong community, and you made this avent special
Thank to Beppe, Aramil and Hunter for mede everyhing. In the end I was only the spokeperson. And by the way, sorry if I've being so tense and hypernervous the whole weekend... maybe I just feel it too much, but that's tha way I am.
Thanks to our cheerleader for the help
Thank to all the substitutes that stepped in for filling every back. I call some of them on thursday, some on Friday evening, some even on saturday morning :o and one on Sunday afternoon :o :o :o ! And they all answer "I'm coming!!!"
Thanks to the waitress that saturday night beared Hoomin. When I left monday I step there for a last greeting, and she gave me a kiss to give to Rob... so Rob, see you soon!
Thanks to LS for the honest competition (but now you are in France and I'm here  8) ). Tu remain mon capitain!
Thanks to Khitor and Utak for halping dismatle all the tables on monday morning.
Thanks to McTopomuschiato and to his over-the-castle flying dice
Thanks to the hotel owner to keep serving us (sorry if we ran out of beer, I adviced them but they didn't believe we could drink so much)
Thanks to EG, Hoomin and ZFurelli fot NOT have shown us (ehm... not so often) what was under the kilt
Thanks to...

ok, I stop it... you had enough of it! I probably forget someone to thanks, and things are coming in may mind time by time.
But you are here to see the results, so, here they are:

Just a question.
As far as I can see at NAF the tournament hasn´t been included there.
Will it be, and if yes when can we expect the results up?

Somebody forgot to insert the Eurobowl

It will be done at the earliest, next saturday I'll meet Aramil to check everything and insert results, so please be patient for some days...

No it was there, but I have been doing stuff. The results first need all the new members to be put in which I will do today/tomorrow. That means everyone will be NAF ranked and then Panico & Aramil can put the results in.

Luca - Im going to PM you, do you have all the NAF ID's of the coaches? Some of the Danes, Hungarians etc might be hard to find but I have got a fair number of them if you want.

Does that mean that all Danes were NAF(or are NAF now)?

I've done the output again as per last year and, as a special little treat for Norse ;-) there is an LRB 4 vs LRB 5 skill comparison

Looks like a great many more overall selections - was that a rule change or just more participants?

Interesting - so Block, which was go longer going to be the uber-skill under LRB5, actually gets taken more.

Surprised to see that Leader is actually down on %, I'd have thought it would be higher seeing as it'sa normal skill for throwers.

(Perhaps this should be a new thread?)

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

Sorry, probably should have made it clear. Same rules set both years, i.e. normal skill after G1, 2, 4, 5 and a double after G3. The difference in frequency is the number of countries/players.
