Zug or Rookie Ogre - need tourny advice
I've got a Zug painted up nicely AND a pretty nice Ogre conversion too, all ready for the BB tourny. However, I'm unsure which one to take.
Part of the reason is it's been so long since I played with Zug I've forgotten how good he is!
Also, I am concerned about taking Zug and losing him in a game against another human player. Then again, rookie ogres can be unreliable....
Any advice?

Better lose Zug while your opponent does the same, than keeping an Ogre against your opponents Zug. That's what I would consider.Indigo wrote:Also, I am concerned about taking Zug and losing him in a game against another human player. Then again, rookie ogres can be unreliable....

He's got the same problem that you have - so design your team to play well against other humans without him too.Indigo wrote:Also, I am concerned about taking Zug and losing him in a game against another human player.

I'd go for Zug.
A Big Guy can ruin your game completly if Nuffle wants it this way.
My Troll rolled 5 1s on 7 RS/BH rolls in the first half of the last match, so he was only absolutly useless and I really needed him in some situatuions. He also spent most of the second half on the ground as i never got to the point where i would risk standing him up.
You'll never have this problem with Zug. Worst that can happen is that he doesn't show when playing a human team, but then the other team has the same problem.
Tim.
