Is the model "printed" then cast in resin? Or is it just "printed"?

I ask because I have seen alot of figures printed and those print lines are terrible. I have yet to see a big figure printed without those lines.

Hello the "master" is made in 3D printer like the teams willy miniature or other marks, there is no visible line(layer).
The production will be done in resin of high quality by "GRX CREATION"
In france and not in china, for a better quality.
