ANyone know if the LRB has been updated since the release of the BBannual 2003?

I don't think so, because so far, the LRB has been updated only after the yearly BBRC meetings in October. I havn't read the BB Annual 2003 so far but I guess the only official rule changes are the updates from LRB 1.3 to LRB 2.0 (the printed handbook is LRB 1.3, the on-line handbook is LRB 2.0, so the Annual 2003 just catches up with the state-of-the-art. This confusion was created because the Handbook had to go to the printer just before LRB 2.0 was released)
