I'm going off to Tokyo in a few months, and I was wondering if there are any players there, so if it's worth bringing my minis.

At least GW has a local branch in Japan, but I can't read the page, so I don't know if they sell BB there. I haven't noticed a any TBBer from Japan here lately. You should check the memberlist for guys living there and pm them.
