Never had a problem. Maybe you need to talk to Galak Starscraper? He co programs the software, can set you up with commisioner tools,answer your questions and alot of your ignorance to the LRB...and to my thoughts on it and the BBRC's experimental rules.Last I heard, the PBeM tool still couldn't implement Dump Off, Pass Block, and a couple other skills. When did that change?
Like I said, your league is no proof because you house rule handicap cards. But if you feel it does have enough weight then send it off to Acerak, Neoliminal, or Milo. I'm sure they can help you out. But until I see otherwise I will trust the playtesting that went into the LRB because it works for the leagues I'm in.
