K, briefly:
The LRB rules are very good - except for some minor issues.
Undoubtedly, it's not been edited good, since the rules are scattered throughout the entire book.
There is an excellent online-game available already, namely skyjunkies java-client. the fumbbl-online-BB-league is amazingly good as well, except perhaps for the fact that the leagues are somewhat wanting. But the latter is neither a rule-issue nor has it anything to do with the client and fumbbl.
Try to program a functional league system that works with both fumbbl and the client.
And - as far as I can see - your English seems to be quite formidable, the strong rejections you've triggered have nothing to do with insufficient languages skills.
