You remember the half and half black and white from the Kicker I sent you? I was going to keep that Livery. The paint jobs are - as you pointed out at the time - a mess (I've seen worse...), but the scheme looks cool.

No mistletoe, no egg nog, no pointy hats with bells on the end, no reindeer.... ;)

I just had a thought though: Picture a Skaven in Bermuda Shorts, Shades, and a long, cool warpa-cola....fantastic mental image.

The best team name I came up with was for my Dwarf club, Bugman's Beer Barons. Sort of came about with the Simpsons on the tube. I remember the fluff speaking about a famous team known as Bugman's Best Dwarfs, and I was watching the prohibition episode where Homer becomes the bootlegging "Beer Baron." The rest is history. :D

Had they been Haflings, I would have named them the Beer Bellies.

DW - I remembered that pic too...but after I had the thought about the skaven. Would be cool to model a Beach Bowl team all done up like that.

In the General Sam Conference, we got some jacked up names too!!

Undead- Death's Stench
Dark Elf- Brigade of Doom
High Elf - Ultimate Warriors
Wood Elf- Psycho Tree Huggers
Orc- Da' Bashun Ladz
Dwarf- The Stumpy Studs
Norse- Norscan Nimrods
Lizardmen- Scaly Scoundrels
Chaos- Crimson Crushers
Chaos- Blaze of Glory (featuring Captain "patch" Badass, and Bjorn in the USA!! All players wear Red, White, and Blue!!)

I think the biggest most regognized player in the leage (although he doesn't lead in star player points, but getting there) is my STR 3 goblin, Bling "da rokit" Tingah!! That little gob has been chunked by Morg N' Thorg more times than I can remember! And the only thing the guys in the league can say is BLING BLING!!!! hehe!!

Reason: ''
I iz da' Killah_Krakkah, da hed coch uv Da' Bashun Ladz!! Go un bash da' lil 'uns reel gud!! We ain't scorin much, nor iz we reely winnin, but we iz about the 'ardest teem owt dere. Dey dun't call us Da' Bashun Ladz fer nuttin!!

I have a goblin team i used in a tournement called Team Smurf.
Painted em all blue and white, exept for the chainsaw which was painted black and white. 2 of the original smurffigures was then used as trolls.
I will post some picture of the team when i get them. Allthoug i am a lousy painter the tyeam is rather fun to look at.

LOL

That's damn funny! Nicely done.

Let me guess, the coaches name was Micheal Hunt.

Just because I'm such a big fan of the TV show (one of the very few shows I watch during a normal week) ... I still like my Halfling team:
