I'd go for halflings( or skaven)
But no elves, because they aren't good for converting.

The Spanish Legacy Team is a Goblin one, we try to have it done for the Barnabowl (in a few weeks)
Here is a preview of my Gobb:

For the 2005 legacy team, a Human or Halfling would be nice (even a Skaven)
