Congratulations on BBmag 3!
Hi all, especially the members of the BBRC.
I just blasted through BBmag3 and I'm overjoyed!
It is the first time in a very very long while that I've actually liked something from fanatic/citadel journal (apart from the BB2K1, naturally).
I really like the new spin on the undead.
In my own league we've done something similar, but since the new team official team designs are so damn good, they will no doubt supplant our homemade versions.
Great stuff.
I hope that in the long run the new necromantic team is meant to supplant the old undead team.
Now I await the vampire team, keeping my fingers crossed that it looks very little like the version from 4th edition....
As for the mixed teams: Another hurrah!
Reminds me of 2nd edition.
Back then, I also liked the "real" random mixed teams, while I disliked the unbalanced 3-race mixed teams that came to dominate all tournaments.
In much the same way I like these "real" mixed teams.
They look balanced and fun to play.
A single question: Does this mean that the rules for mixing (non-big guy) allies into the normal existing teams have been dropped?
I really really hope so!
Keep up the good work,
Martin

Are you sure Mc Deth ? I was interested in a khemri team, and in some extra minis, but paying £10 for 4 minis (1 mummy and 3 skelettons)... I'd rather choose mine, if it should be possible (I surely take 2 mummies and 2 skeletons, BTW).
Just another question: is the khemri team "customizable", as said in some topics ? (ie with plastic arms, which may be fixed in different positions).

I ordered them yesterday and asked if i could get the mini's seperately.
The answer was of course no.
I'll open the box up in approximately 1 1/2 hours time when i get home as they arrived as i was going out the door this morning. So i'll let you know.
PS BB Mag 3 was sold out so i didn't get that and have to wait

I've ordered BB Mag 3 too and was also told it wasn't on the system. Ditto the khemri team - so I left a paper order.....
Anyone like to guess where the paper ends up?
The excuse given to me is that they are now using a new and better system but haven't got everything loaded yet.... not sure if I was managing it that would be the way to go!

Ok all theparts for the skeletons are metal and customizable.DaFrenchCoach wrote:Are you sure Mc Deth ? You get per skeleton
1 Pair legs
2 Arms
1 Body
1 Head
and a couple of bits i haven't worked out.
There are five different heads ( Two of which must be for the Throw-Ra, and Blitz-ra and 2 different pairs of legs, the rest all looks the same.
the Mummies are all in one piece.
One strange thing is that the booster actually had 1 Mummy and 5 skeletons, and they only charged my £20 for the team set, so i've spent thirty pound and got three Mummy's and 15 Skeletons.
I haven't worked out yet where all the bitz go particularly the helmets for the Positional Skeletons, probably have to do a bit of cutting but iwant to see a completed model before i commit.
BB3 Is sold out apparently, but i've got it on back order
