I'm sure that this has been brought up before, but I couldn't find the thread.
I can find no mention of the FF 9 cap for starting teams in LRB1.3 Does this rule no longer apply?

It on the list of things that changed during LRB revisions that blindsided a lot of coaches.
Chet and JKL state that this is a weird one, because its not been talked about. Its difficult how Andy would think that this was a clarification since rule changes are only permitted in October.
Basically currently there is no official word on whether it is an official changes ..... or a very very very wierd typo (how do you typo delete an entire sentence in an area that you didn't change anything else ???)
