Italian Coaches

Post by Moonsong »

Just curious to know if there's any italian coach on the list. Since I didn't notice any, and I'm planning to join the NAF, I wanted to know if I'm gonna be the only italian coach. If it's so, I will have to force my 8 years nephew to join the NAF, at least I will have an opponent in a 200 miles radius.

Hi Moonsong,

where are you from Italy ?

Although I am not from Italy, part of my family lives near Bari.

Exactly opposite part of Italy. Genoa, on the Riviera. Nice weather if you like to suffocate in summer and fly with the wind in winter. Apart from that, I've been spreading the BB word for the last 10 years and have been quite successful. Last winter we had a league with 36 coaches and it worked quite well. Should you go find your relatives by train (!?!?!) drop me a call........

Are none of the coaches in your league signed up on this forum?

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

Not yet, as it seems, but I discovered it only a couple weeks ago, and here summer is the time when people send their brain on holiday. I'm gonna force at least a couple of them in as soon as they come back from their trip to "Dark age of Camelot". MMORPG geeks!

Here I am, I am from Padova. I don't plan joining the NAF or any other league, for now.

Come mai? Comunque fa piacere sapere di non essere l'unico italiano in lista.

Ciao

Well I'll be in Rome next week.
Too bad no BB'ers are there....

Wouldn't mind playing a game in sunny Rome....

Last time I've been there, there was a tourney going on at Strategia & Tattica, a shop near the Colosseo, but it was about 6 years ago. However, spread the verb in the eternal city.

Ok, I feel a bit less lonely....I won't be the only italian coach to proudly display the Black/Gold dice, but at least it's a short trip to Milano. Fancy a game, Zande?
