Has anyone decided when to arrive/depart/check in/watch superbowl/get drunk/stoned yet? I'm all for planning ahead but I don't want to be the first one as I'm too undecisive.

People will be in the process of getting drunk on Friday night from 20:00 onwards at least. Just let some Dutch guy know when you will be there, and he will get you drunk/stoned/mind-alteration-of-choice and lead you to the rest of the victi... foreign coaches.

Concerning the Superbowl between Indianapolis and Seattle :
Since Legendz is now closed, I recommend Coco's Outback (http://www.cocosoutback.com) to watch the game. There aren't many sportsbars in Amsterdam, and this one is by far the best option since it's the biggest.

It's called the Drink Inn now , it has a new Pakistan owner, and I sincerely doubt it if he will file for a permit to stay open on Sunday Night just for you to drink his pub dry
Anyone any idea of the rules yet? Fancy a bit of practice over the next couple of weeks and was wondering whether it's TR 100 or TR 110 (or 105?) and what the skill progression is.
