Re: Blood Bowl music...
The Greek Folksinger Mikis Theodorakis suits the skaven mentality perfect (at least my rats).
My Chaos team listens to Wolfheart when they want to get in the right ´knock on mood`.

Manowar? Are they still around? I loved Battle Hymns way back when..but kinda grew out of it around the 'Hail to England' release. So who remembers all the Manowar/Twisted Sister hyperbole? Now there was a band!
Say "I'm a S.M.F."

I'd like to play to early Iron Maiden, G'N'R, Metallica but my cliubmates would rather listen to local radio and it's pop pap

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

Each team in our league usually chooses a theme song to go with their game, although all sorts of metal ends up getting mixed in to the playlist since 2 songs would get pretty boring after a while...
Our orks chose a sepultura song(one about a soccer goaly I think?)
Lizardmen chose a song from the Heavy Metal 2000 soundtrack(I agree about the taiko drums, this song starts off with them and goes into some pretty cool rock)
The rest is a lot of rammstein, zombie, ac/dc(for those about to rock works!)
One that's great is the song our chaos khorne team chose, Blood Pullution from the Rockstar soundtrack, the chorus is "gimme blood, gimme blood!"
good stuff.

I AM, I'M ME, I WILL, YOU'LL SEE.....
SMF reporting for duty SAH!
Mostly good solid heavy stuff around here. Industrial and Goth if you're round my gaff (whoda thunk it to look at me?), with a bit of classic metal thrown in.
Played a game a week or two ago to Hammerfall...oh boy do they SUCK (note: I was at someone ELSE's place.).

My Orc team has a very primal, and savage feel to them, so I use pretty much anything by Sepultura, Soulfly, or Nail Bomb. Max Cavellera has the perfect voice for the singer of the band that plays for my team. They're called 'Da Noyz Boyz', and are made up of the old Goffik rocker mini's from 40k.
