>yup and won the stunty cup with them at pearlies.
Well, I commend you for your excellent coaching, weak opponents, general good luck or all of the above (whichever is most appropriate

But your miraculous achievement dows not translate to everyone elses performance.
They have 11 wins in 58 games in the MBBL. And you're the first to post about anything like a winning streak with them anywhere that I'm aware of.
>I'm only going on what i have seen at tournaments and can't say
>anything about mbbl, but flings generaly outnumber the gobbo's
My tournament experience is quite the opposite. A few gobbos. No flings.
Same in the MBBL.
And when people have reported entire league stats (generally to show that team X is too good

It could be interesting to hear how many gobbos/flings were in the NAF-WC.
>I disagree that flings got a shaft in league with the inducements you can
>potentially get deeproot for everygame somthing you had to be very
>lucky to do before
If you're claiming that halflings have gotten better, then I figure you're in a minority.
Posts I've read was generally about halflings going in a tail spin.
I'll elaborate:
Deeproot for every game is an option. Just remember that he is now at 250K. So you'll be down 25TV from your opponent. And that means the rest of your team will be quite poor.
I'm not saying that he doesn't help - but if it was a big advantage to go naked team + star, we'd see human teams with 11 linemen and Morg.
>yeas the chef is weaker but on a whole the team is stonger in league play
Well we agree that the chef is weaker

>and stalling against rooted trees isnt exactly a revalation its common
>practice and has been for sometime
"Some time" being ever since new take root kicked in with LRB5.
They get stranded, and the half is usually over for the flings.
That's not how it used to be.
New take root is a harsh deal.
And let's not forget that treemen can no longer get assists to get back up.
...and that goes for Deeproot too BTW.
And AFAIK, the whole environment changed - and not to the advantage of the halflings.
One thing that has improved though, is the teams ability to pull off a short pass TTM (went from 52% to 66%). Nice. That did however come at the cost of not being able to throw accurate (which can sometimes mess up a landing pretty bad) and to throw long passes.
>I still love them they are a challenge still and i will be taking them in our
>leage next season
I sincerely wish you good luck with them.
I'm a stunty coach myself and love a challenge (just not a ridiculous challenge).
Cheers
Martin
