No, the size of the weather tokens isn't important, I'll get one set of those and that should do for us. It's the proned/rooted/nozone ones that these guys are thinking about buying.
Well... you know... it was posted in the "weather counters" thread. Anyway, as pointed out the dimensions are in the product description for the other stuff.
It's a shame the words need to be filled in with a crayon. It's not that I mind doing it I guess, I just don't have any crayons

When oyu're out at a restaurant next time see if they have any. A lot of times they keep them around for kids. My wife is a big kid and she gets them all the time.
You can also use paint. Fill it in and wipe it down with a rag. Peopel do it with dice all the time.

Both of those are great suggestions Steve.
Most restaurants here have them freely available here in the US. Just not white (but if you are willing to go with a primary colour ... then this is a piece of cake to get one).
I guess I could see if I could order up a whole bunch of white crayons and create package deals where you could order the tokens with a white crayon .. (however I think I'll pass on this )
However Steve is right about paint as well ... just paint it on and let it dry just a bit and then wipe off the excess. I use this method to colour in the transparent D16s we get in all the time.

Heh, did you read the conversation up to that point, Galak? Besides, I'm in NZ, I'm not going all the way to an American restaurant just so that Virral can avoid explaining things to me in such great detail
Now that you're here, can you quickly take a photo of a No Zone token on a BB board with a troll beside it? Y'know, so I can get my crayon-eating friends to buy a few bits of plastic from you

No crayons in NZ for the kids at the restaurants ... pity ... I think that is just good restaurant planning.
I'll see what I can do for the pictures. They are smaller than a normal figure's base.
The status tokens fit easily on 40mm bases with the figures.

There's a couple of Denny's around, but we know better than to go there. It's full of tourists eating comfort food. When drunk, kebabs are popular (kebab is one of those great words that means a different thing in every country.. here it's what Californians would call a "wrap", no skewer involved), though personally, I think eatin' is cheatin'.
Not really sure how a topic about weather tokens got this far off track. Anyway, to bring it slightly closer to on-topic, I've just submitted my order thanks Galak, don't need those pics any more, thanks anyway. My wussy cheapskate crayon-eating soon-to-be-ex friends have decided to just use my tokens.
Jeez, even the resturants here in the back of beyond have crayons for the kids.
Maybe the (still just a dream) emigration needs to be put back until the kids leave home?

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.
You know... maybe the restaurants here in Oz do have crayons. I don't really think this would ever have come up in my day to day life. My kid's currently about negative 3.5 months, so a bit young for crayons
I'll have to ask my friends with kids, presumably they would know.

That's what my marketing friend calls a "high-quality problem". You know, like having too much money, or being too well hung.
