I'd prefer to think he's a new member posting in a non-native language. His other posts don't indicate that he's a jerk, so that was probably a grammatical slip up. A gengle nudge, and a little benefit of the doubt and he'll probably edit it to a different meaning.

My apologies if I did or said something that either was completely wrong, or insulting to anyone.

I am a newbie, so I'm not really too familiar with the netiquette here.

I am not, however, a newbie to bloodbowl.

And besides, it was just a poll to see if people agreed with me.

I belive they should be called Lineelf, Lineorc, Linerat etc...
They're certainly not human.

Ah, well...

As to that. That wasn't really my fault..
You see, It all startet when lucien said I could call my lion warrior princess dandelion of flower meadow or some such.

I quickly retortet, somethig like, we have no need to know you Sexual prefrances or something like it.

Then some other guy said, that theValkyries were based on luciens wife.
And It seemed like such an easy pun to pull.

No insult ment. Honestly.

Hope that clears it up.
If it's a big problem, I'll remove the post.

I'm not a bad guy at that. It was ment as a friendly joke.

Back to the original subject, i voted yes. I have a skaven team but i have no Skaven Linemen at all just Linerats. The only reason the Blackskull Bashers had Lineman was due to political editing (at least im almost positive that the file i sent listed them originally as Lineorcs, i could be wrong tho).

I was beginning to think noone played Blood Bowl in Norway anymore.

On the matter of the poll i voted who cares, because its the same for me if you call them linemen or linerat as long as you can play with them (or kill them if its your opponent players

Here's the deal. Our very own Lucien Swift is the actual sculptor of the Valkyrie minis. As to the validity of him using his own wife as his muse I can't attest as I have never met her. It's plausible though. True or not, I'm sure he's a lucky man. The Valkyries are his. What was said was over the line. I'm glad to see you deleted it.

Now, if I can only get my wife to dress like that...

Asmodean! There are many of us, I assure you. Don't think many know of this forum however.

And to Lucien Swift.. good job on those models. Really. I had no idea.

Oh, and I have a friend, of the female gender, but not girlfriend at that. We are just.. close..

She would dress up like that for me any day. Two weeks past.. she came to visit me. Pink stockings, black and red leather top thing, with matching G string.
and not much else..

Needless to say, my day went well.

And I know it "really" doesn't matter what you call the players.
I can assure you, my lion catchers will not be named princess dandelion of the flower meadows. But it's the principle. I don't like the Aeging rule, not because of it's intentions, I just find it ridicoulus that my elves are suddenly getting old. And even more ridicoulus that undead get older.

And, also, i think that it would be right and proper to call em Lineelf. Cuz my lineElves are certaily not human.

Elf, orc and skaven (etc..) line player postions should be named by race.
