Searching for native americans to convert into amazons/norse

Post by Angeblich »

Anyone know nice native american miniatures that would be easy to convert to make an amazon or norse team (rules wise)?

Google is not my friend in that respect... (indian miniature, native american miniature)

mmm, trickey... try here http://www.wargamesfoundry.com/collecti ... /index.asp http://www.wargamesfoundry.com/collecti ... /index.asp http://www.wargamesfoundry.com/collecti ... /index.asp nice enough minis but they're proper 25mm scale, so they may look a bit small. Also, you can't pick and choose - if you only want one mini in a pack, you'll have to buy the whole pack...and postage is a whopping £7 :(
Or here - not as wide a selection (one pack of Apaches and one Chief), but they're decently size 32mm http://www.blackscorpionminiatures.com/ ... range=TOMB
Hope that helps!

thanks a lot! the black scorpion ones look great and mostly easy to convert!

i could make the chief a thrower and then

Blitzer, Lineman, Catcher, nothing

but it would be expensive for the linemen, so gotta think a bit more about this...

You could always try ebay to get Necromunda Ratskins.

that ratskin hint is a great one. didn't know them!

the conquest ones look great, too, just only 28mm.

is 28mm the gw-lotr-size? gotta check live somewhere how small they seem in comparison to the heroe-build-bb-models...
