The box took some damage but the mini was fine.

There are still 4 models in the ost somewhere and I number I do not know about.

What is the general consensus, should I:

go ahead with the draw for the 22 people who have sent their models and post anything else that turns up later,

or

wait till after xmas and hopefully get more from the quiet people?

It might be a good idea to PM people you've not heard from individually to see if they're still participating and what their status is, if you've not done this already?

I'm happy to wait, if there's still models definately incoming... it's better for someone to win the full team if possible

PM those we've not heard from and give them a few days to respond then after that call the draw with what we have would be my suggestion

I'm happy to wait another short while but I can't see many more people getting their mini's done over christmas.

Give people the chance to respond via PM, and if they are nearly there then perhaps extend the deadline. It has been many months though, so if people don't have a model ready to go soon they aren't trying.

Totally agree...and as others have said if they haven't done it by now they likely won't. I'd give a pmail and wait another few days and then go ahead with the drawing. But that's just me. It's still very inclusive and considerate, and imo nobody can say they weren't given ample opportunity.

I agree, send out the PM's wait until Sunday evening, then do the draw, everybody has had ample amounts of time to send in their minis.
