Thrower - How about Stong arm? Particularly as you don't want to run him much with no block. + 1 to throws would be pretty useful.
Blitzer Double skill - How about Jump up now and then next skill pick up Piling on? Otherwise its got to be dodge hasn't it?

BL - +AG, Guard

BO - Block, Guard
BO - Block, Guard

BO - Block

Thrower - +ST, +MV, ? (double) --> Dodge?
Troll - Guard

Lino - Wrestle, Kick, (Niggle)

The team is developing nicely, record is currently 11-3-2. Second loss came against clawed-up Chaos, not due to injuries however but rather my mistakes under the 2mins turn clock and Foul Appearance stopping a crucial blitz against the ball carrier.

I now have 5 Guard, 4 MB (counting the Troll), only 1 positioning skill (SF) though. That's why I'm thinking SS on the Blitzer with the double. Even though Diving Tackle would be sweet as well (with SF at 51).
I'm stumped with regard to my Thrower. I could give him Dodge on the double roll, but that would mean running without Block until 51spp. Scary.
I like your selections, actually. I wouldn't do anything different.

What is Nuffle's tree? Risk its trunk, space the branches. Touchdowns are its fruit.

Here's my current Orc roster in a TV-based match-making league. My Guard, SF Troll died last game and I'm wondering if I should replace him or get a Lino instead.

BL - Guard, SF, MB, Tackle (54 spp)
BL - +MV, MB, Tackle, Guard (52 spp)
BL - +AG, Guard (28 spp)
BL - rookie (0 spp)

BO - Block, Guard (26 spp)
BO - Block, Guard (18 spp)
BO - Block, Guard (27 spp)
BO - Block, +ST (16 spp)

Thrower - +ST, +MV, Dodge (44 spp)

Lino - Wrestle, Kick, (Niggle) (23 spp)
Lino - rookie (0 spp)

3 RR
Apo
TV: 1710

With the ST 5 Black Orc and the ST 4 Thrower, I'm not afraid to be out-strengthened by other bash teams even without a Troll. Another advantage would be to keep TV low. The team had been close to TV 1900 prior to the death of the Troll and an experienced Blitzer. At that level, you already face some very nasty ClawPOMB-packing Chaos/Nurgle sides. On the other hand, I really like the idea of a LoS consisting of Troll - Guard BO - ST5 BO.

Thoughts?

Although you don't need him, I like a Troll on LoS too, having 2 Str 5 guys would be funny, so... buy a troll
