I think he did the lettering just like I did. With a pensil and white paint.

The secret isn't to use the tiniest brush possible, just a reasonably small one with a good tip. Tiny brushes don't hold a lot of paint so dry very quickly, and give streaky lettering. I use a size 0 brush to do my lettering, and just thin down the paint slightly.
That, and practice...

I have a fine point brush I use. It's an Armory Brand NB-208.DixonCider wrote:sorry to derail thread, but how id you do the lettering?
And Don_Vito is right, you don't need a super fine brush, I just happen to like this brush for my lettering. I also make sure the white is nicely watered down so it seems to flow to the tip and go over the lines as needed.

I will paint up a Turn Marker as I have discovered that I have no spare Goblin models in my bitz box, just Snotlings.

2 days delay, due to painting... the children's bedroom
But here is is, the Assistant coach;

Still not sure if he is actually carrying the plans and tactics or toilet paper for the goblins that sh*t themselves
Ps Axiom, sure I can send him your way. With a bit of luck he will be leaving Brussels tomorrow. If not, by monday he will be heading your way.
Aino- William

Yup indeed.axiom wrote:@Aino - looks great, is it a sculpted face on a chaos familiar?
Bent the hood, resculpted it a bit and tried to sculpt a goblin face (which didn't go exactly as planned, but did not have the time to re-try it)
It will go in the post later today !
