Cant only one pass blocker move when pass is announced?

No as many as have the skill and can move into position, only 1 can try to intercept however.

Also, I can make a few points on the long term effectiveness of placing ppl with pass block right next to ogres...

The Ogre can not make a pass and a block in the same time, u can not attack a person that has come next to u from a pass block.

Something to note fellas, from the BBRC Rules review of last October

Q: Can you Pass Block the thrower or the target square when a monster tries to throw a team-mate?
A: No.

The pass block routine does not work against Throw Team-Mate, at least not anymore.
