Well, this miniature it's just one more option for everybody who is looking for an Igor. I'm pretty sure that it will fit with what many people have in mind when they think about this character, with the hump and all of that. Since the Igor was one of the characters that according to the poll is more needed of a miniature, I thought it would be a good idea to post the image.

By the way, you're doing a great work with your custom Igor. It's an original concept. Please keep posting the WIP images here.

That is not correct. As shown in the picture, the Meiko Aigor is a true 28mm model.

Thanks! Yeah I noticed the flat thigh things as well.. I'll have to see what I can do about that. And yeah for my first 28mm humanoid, I expected there'd be more annoyance and crying :)

Oh, and yeah I can see now he actually is proper height. I take my 32mm accusations back, then :)... He is a bit bulky still. His head and hands are more oversized than heroic scale minis usually are.. Anyhoo, soon hopefully, people will have another option for Igor.

A bit of an update.. Arms, hands and shoulderpads pending. I also think he's a bit too slim around the waist. And I need to add a bit of beard and hair.

Give that poor Star Player something to eat!
I do like the concept and even more like the oncoming sculpt! Keep up the good work.

Yeah he definitely needs more bulk in the midsection and butt :) I'm happy that you guys like him.

Great face. I agree - more bulk needed in the midsection, but coming along nicely!

For Igor I actually think a Khorne themed marauder would make a good deal. He`s strong, Vampires can use him as a thrall and he could also fit into a Khorne team for funplayers. Three ways to use him, as he also goes along with chaosteams. So a quite athletic appeal combined with a mad look on his face, would perfectly match those three themes.

As for J. Earlice I kind of see a little resemblance in the idea I had for him some years earlier.

As I think we`re on the same page lookwise, I`d really like to see a catcher glove on him, mostly one looking somewhat similiar to the latest released human catchers. It would give him the little extra detail that would separate him from other more "common" looking ghouls.

I think I'm pretty locked in, in regards to Igor, as I'm already half way done with him. But, yeah if I do Earlice, I'll keep that in mind.

I still need to do hands and lower arms, and I thought that I might as well get that done before posting more pics :) soon, hopefully :)

OK, so this is a mini update before I go off for easter. Not a whole lot has happened, and I thought I'd be able to model lower armes and stuff, but I didn't.. so here's a pretty crappy quality pic until I get back again next week or so.

btw- I have a serious problem doing angular spikes, that look pointy and not dull.. GW sculptors probably have som sort of concave spike stamp tool... grr.

Miniature file or sanding paper on a sprue makes a difference. Really dig out what you(ve done so far.

Try a harder putty too, by changing the GS mix or going with a different type altogether.
