Lycos, IME Humans don't do anything exceptionally well and so always get pipped to the post. They can be great if everything works for them, but luck dosn't work that way.

What's this about Witch Elves losing frenzy? They still have it on their starting profile, or am I just reading things wrong here?

Also I don't agree that DE's are a bashy team. They are Elves and should be played as such with the potential for a bit more counter punch than their cousins.

Thanks for the reply- ian also alluded to the same, and I played 2 games last night with my mate Dan, me humans him 1st Orc, 2nd skaven.
And your not wrong.....i found out the hard way. (accepting of course they were one offs and Balrogs point to this thread was extended lge senario)

Others will disagree ofcourse, and have said so on previous threads, but I have always found with my Humans that Skaven, Undead or Elven teams have developed aspects of their play which Humans can't deal with easily.

i think what they mean is that frenzy has been weakened, since now you can only do 2 blocks with it, so Witch Elves also are not as cool as they used to be, because that was a big part of their schtick.

Of course, afaic, 7347 w/dodge and jumpup (even if they didn't have frenzy at all) is still a pretty decent player.

I get it now, cheers geezer. For an aggressive player they are a tad brittle, that's their main weakness.
