Unless I've missed something, MB can still be used to modify armour rolls, which adds quite a few possibilities to the examples above.

I wonder if there's a case for arguing that Pro could be used with PO (I suspect not)

Errata appearing on Friday. Expect some un-nerfing, though best to wait until Friday.

I've added two more. Are there others?

Seems like the rumors say its going to be errata to death. So close to a better ruleset.

You can still house rule.

I'll be waiting until I see the errata before passing judgment on these changes. I don't like errata, especially on Day 1, but at least it shows GW are trying to correct any mistakes they made.

Blood bowl site and unboxing...

Post by Ringbeard »

Can someone explain to me how being able to use grab on a blitz negates the column defence?

Surely even if you can move the first player at the front of the column you still have to dodge through the tackle zones of the second one? Think I've misunderstood something.

It's reduced its effectiveness, rather than negate it. By pulling the first player back towards the rest of your team, you limit it's ability to reform the column next turn. It makes column defence harder to keep up over several turns.

Are we still going to be calling this game "blood" bowl, or just nerf the blood part. We can call it elf pillow bowl instead.

What about teams that need to remove players to be competitive like Norse. This is upsetting the whole balance of the game.

So now Big Guys have even less choice to choose from when gaining skills :(

Then I don't particularly have a problem with it. I was under the impression it was the main rule... happy to be wrong if it isn't.
