1) Place Ball
2) Roll on Kickoff table
3) Scatter Ball
4) Resolve kickoff result (i.e. do the blitz now)
5) Bounce/Catch ball.

Yup, so basically you can't actually score from a blitz as the ball would still be in midair. However, if the ball lands on top of a blitzing teams player that was in the endzone then it's a TD?

Yes. Note that the scoring team then has to move its turnmarker even though it is the other team's turn.

Aye, we always played it that way.. Kinda, only we placed the ball, then done the blitz then done the scattering and bouncing.

Amazing how many people place the ball, scatter it, then bounce it.. THEN do the blitz however ;)

I don't think that's right.

If you did score during the kickoff sequence (by catching the ball in the endzone following a blitz) then you score before your opponent's turn has started so no one moves their turn markers.

That makes more sence to me. It all takes place before the first turn, right? It even says in Blitz that this does not count against the kicking teams turn limit for the half.

I'd personally say that you can only score in either your or your opponents turn, not during kickoff, so as soon as the player being blitzed gets his turn it's a TD.

I agree. Add an option for this and you'll get my vote.

Oh, and on the Blitz scoring thing: We make the ball landa at the start of the Receiver's Team turn, so this may help solve the problem.

He had kick, so his Mice were all around the ball...He didn't score on the blitz, he set himself up to score on his following turn. Yes the ball is scattered after the blitz.

If you score on your opponant's turn you advance your turn marker to keep things from getting screwed up:you kick off, but it's your turn?

In the case of a Blitz, I would say your opponant has one action to get your guy with the ball out of the end zone, or get the ball away from him. It says that an action must end with a player in the EZ, so reciever moves the turn marker, gets a try, then the kicker gets the point and moves his marker.
