Hi Redfang -
Littlemute's suggested system is (I think) from one of the old BB mags, and (from memory) was used originally in the GW staff league in Nottingham.
I have used it in an open league, and it seems to work very well:
Win percentage + or - TD difference + (CAS/5)
You can quibble over minor details, but no-one everargued with the rankings that this system produced.
