Got someone asking on Facebook, who isn’t a member of TFF.

...I know, I know, who wouldn’t be a member of TFF?!

TOs! You do not need multiple copies of rosters. It's a waste of paper.

Need to be logged in, which you are by virtue of posting. Have you tried since logging in?

Can i ask...Is there a reason why tier 2 teams have been nerfed by 1 skill? Last year they got 4 normals and a double day 1...now it's only 3. The game hasn't really changed in that year so what's the reason for the change?

In my opinion, it is an excellent change for the better.

The real question is why did tier 2 get such a big lift on day 1 in the first place!

So, do you honestly think the difference between Vampires and Wood Elves is one double skill? C'mon buddy, be sensible...

You are presuming that my, your, and the NAF committee all have the same aims. I very much doubt that we do.

I like a little bit of tiering to give lower races a boost. I do not like tiering that attempts to make all the races equal. They are not equal, and they are not supposed to be!

I doubt (but do not know) that the NAF wanted to make all races equal. The world Cup seems to be trying to make all races viable, and I'm not enjoying it that much, to be honest!

I personally like this change, but I don't expect everyone to share my views.

I don't think the issue is making all races equal, but rather seeing different faces to play against and not always the same races when there's more interesting stuff to play against.

AFAIK the last few editions of Naf Champs has always been won by Tier 1 anyway, so why the need to nerf?

I don't think we necessarily have a different aim. The team i'm hopefully bringing is to try and get a nomination for best painted...not for winning the event. However i'd still like to turn up at the table and not automatically know i'm getting pumped...

I believe the decision to reduce the skills for T2 was taken after feedback from following last years event. We will be asking for the same feedback this year so if you still feel T2 deserve something extra then let us know then! (indeed as well as any other changes you can think of).

If you don't like the fact that tier 2 teams have been changed then man up and take a tier 3 team!!! #flingnation :smoking:
