TOs! You do not need multiple copies of rosters. It's a waste of paper.

We will be asking for the same feedback this year so if you still feel T2 deserve something extra then let us know then! (indeed as well as any other changes you can think of).
Interesting. Did you not take it?

Last year it was 4+1, 3 for tier 2. This year it is 3+1, 3 for tier 2. So, the skills have been reduced in line with the feedback.

Sorry, I was questioning who took the decision, not whether the feedback was being taken on board.

The feedback was collected following last years event and put in to the rules-pack before I stepped in. I think it's a good change; but as mentioned before if following the NAFC 2019 people think another adjustment to the T1/2/3 balance is need we'll be happy to look into it.

I just think it's weird that while a lot of the events i've seen so far are trying to expand the tiers and create a greater number build options to make more teams viable...the NAFC seem to be going in completely the opposite direction...

Not everyone wants the same thing. Some people may like a more vanilla feeling tournament, and so I'm glad this tournament caters to them. Besides, all teams are already viable. They are exactly as viable as they were designed to be. The teams in Blood Bowl were not created equal on purpose, and this continues to be Games Workshop's design philosophy to this day. There are weaker teams for coaches who want a challenge. Finally, last year's rules didn't increase diversity they just flooded the field with Necromantic.
