Other than the NAF listing, no. There's not even a rules pack of any kind on the listing so I'm a little confused how it got sanctioned.

Commonly, TOs put the rules in the seldom used 'variant notes' box, rather than the information box. The former is only visible to the approval team, and they'll usually do the job of copying and pasting it over for everyone. This is likely an instance where someone has forgotten to do that, if the tournament has been sanctioned.

I could see there are rules there - which reminded me to get my account downgraded! Now done, so I'm as in the dark as you.

Just to check, there's the London Grand Tournament one-dayer on 25th September taking place - the event pack says it's NAF sanctioned but I can't see it on the NAF site or on here. Is this actually NAF sanctioned?

Yeah.... I've asked about that with the TO (if it's the same event I think it is). He told me it is NAF sanctioned and when I asked why it's not on the NAF listings he went silent

If it's not on the NAF list it's probably not NAF sanctioned.
Re listing it here: I pull the info from this site and the NAF. As mentioned in the OP here, I'm not going about hunting for tourneys. So if it's not there it's not here.
