Sorry yes, it is effected by the limit, so in the above example you could not take block as your rising star skill.

So the day two rising star skill will still be effected by the limit in the skills package of only taking two skills the same.

Example is that if within your skills pack if you take 2 block then your rising star skill for day 2 can't be block.

Will we know the 4th round draw before we pick the Rising Star skill?
