get rid ot the ogre on dwarf teams

aggh. I just hate seeing an ogre on dwarf teams...it just doesn't make sense....don't feel right.

Ogres are mercenaries and should be able to play for any team. Anyway, ogres on dwarf teams has been around since Compendium 1 back in 3ed first introduced the idea of rookie big guys.
