in addition to your ever expanding Blood Bowl collection...

in addition to the painting you do for other coaches to pay for your ever expanding Blood Bowl collection...

I think the thing that killed it for me was the 3000 point 40K army I painted for a guy, after that I haven't been able to focus on anything other than BB or Necro.

anyone want a WFB army???

heh I had the problem of thousands of points when I was a kid, then sold it all when I quit the hobby.

After getting back into it now, and promising myself 1 40k army, 1 WFB army and human BB stuff I'm now collecting (but not painting) 3 40k armies, 1WFB and pretty much every BB mini I can...

still, the excuse I tell the wife is "It's all an investment"

I wonder how much our stuff will be worth on ebay in 10 years? probably not as much as the 10yr old stuff is today though :(

Dave stated I'm not painted: Blame Skummy!

Skummy found this avatar when showing me how to work the TBB profile area. He chose it because it is just the opposite of my attitude! This halfing actually has grown on me: I like having a halfing talking smack. It seems right in the *ucked up world of BB.

Do you know where I can find a color picture of Mr. Baconbreath?

 Watching Snarlton struggle with a halfling avatar has been a lot of fun. He plays Dwarf, Orc, and Chaos Dwarf and has been the Casualty leader in our league for the past few seasons. Most of us think he prefers to score games this way, as opposed to touchdowns.

Perhaps most disturbing of all, he named his cowardly Longbeard kicker after me, and he is actually offering a case of Molsen golden to anyone who can get the kill. Putting a boutny out on your own player seems very wrong...

I did it once too, but for sheer humor factor. It's a long story, but suffice to say that I had a Wardancer named Prince. See, I thought it would be funny if he were killed by an undead team and then raised as "the zombie formerly known as prince". Then see I'd hire a new wardancer and name him some funky unpronouncable symbol, and ask people to just call him "The Artist"...you get the idea.

So i put a 50K bounty on my own wardancer, with the caveat that he had to be killed by an undead team. :)

Oh no... That's like painting ONE regiment in a fantasy battle army! Oh my God, the horror... :o

(In other words Dave, you're a lazy git! ;))

I am, and a slow painter to boot. It's not the actual amount of painting that is daunting but the renewed starting (colour sceme etc.) that daunts me in the beginning but what I like at the same time.

PS Back on ??

Colour schemes are simple - just do it PSV-style and you can't get an ugly team :smoking:
Do it in Feyenoord or Vitesse colours however, and... :puke:

Oh, and PS: Yes 8)
