If you can't afford an Ogre, you can still paint up a Goblin, Cheerleader, Headcoach, Apothecary ...

But in an Ogre team, surely the Headcoach, Cheerleader, Apothecary... will be ogres

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

On a more serious note, that's also assuming that one of the current Ogre rosters becomes official (though I realise there's a good chance of this).

They will make some sort of official ogre team, though how much it will look like the current one is still way up in the air. Considering that they have produced and sold minis, there is just about no chance of them not becoming official in some form.

The way I see it at the moment we won't be doing Ogres anyway. The popular choices are Skaven and Chaos so unless someone comes up with a real cool Ogre idea I think we'll be ending up doing a mutant team.

more people have voted on which team they would prefer than have voted in this thread. should we skip the 2 weeks and call the top 5 now?
They would be:
1. Skaven (11)
2. Chaos (10)
3. Norse (6)
4. Ogre (5)
5. Lizardmen (4)

well, since we now have our top three teams, then let's start ideas on color schemes and/or conversions, gods, you know the whole deal. i still like a norse prison team, othe than mutations i cant think of any way to convert a skaven team, and our choices with chaos are about a many as with norse so let's get the creative minds turning again.

Ok, so hypethetically if it were to be Skaven, what clan would we be? One of the main ones? one of the lesser ones? Should we make up our own clan deidcated to bloodbowl? I'd like clan Skyre (sp?) we could do lots of whacky bionics and stuff, or clan moulder - obviously heaps of mutations.

Dont forget bionics could always be listed in stats as mutations. :?:

Oh absoloutely man, we could have Very Long Legs represented by warpstone powered rocket boosters or Sharp fangs and claws represented by some poor rat with metal spikes fused to his skin. Or, have claw represented by a rat using one of those Necromunda pit slave buzz saws as an arm.
