Actions on page 8
Does anyone know why the Handoff isn't listed as a action on page 8?
Should the Foul be listed there too?

I don't know why they aren't listed, but I pound it into new players' heads everytime they ask what a player can do. One action per turn, and those actions are Block, Move, Pass, Hand-off, Foul, Blitz.
Which rulebook are you looking at? The web one? Or the one that now comes with the boxed set?

Thanks guys!
Cervidal, I opened the version 2.0 one on the web site.
Narkotic, that makes sense.
Indigo, I agree that we need to get these all in one place. How many people actually play the basic rules? At least list them there and italicize them or something with a disclaimer that they are advanced rules or something. I'd say that they should be included in the basic rules as well.

Why not just have 2 seperate books if they still want to kling to the basic rules. I don't know of anyone that has played the basic rules any longer then it took to learn the game.
The basic book would be very small and doesn't need to be in color. They could just include that in the box set, as I can't imagine anyone buying it seperatly.

Yes, they could make a cheapo-produced Basic Rules with the History of BB and an advanced rulebook including ALL rules. Then they even would lack the excuse: "sorry we couldn't add three teams bc we only can print books with pages of 16 and its multiples" (a true story).
But I guess economic arguments will prevent GW doing this, as they want one binded book (and not those leaflet-books from 2nd ed) to have in their shelves for seperate sale and the division of basic/advanced is meant for the target group: ages of 12-18!
Someone told me that GW makes the largest share of its profits by selling basic boxes (even WFB) and by table-top rookies who will go to other systems anyway when they grow up.

GW can't manage to properly cut & paste a BB mag articl into an Annual, do you really think the could cut & paste the right sections out of the rule book? They are simply too incompetant to correctly seperate it into 2 books without screwing something up. Maybe if they rewrote the books, but all they do is cut & Paste...poorly. They proofread worse than me.

You're only allowed one pass action per turn.
The LRB has this to say about the Handoff on pg 20
LRB pg 8Only one player may take a Blitz or Pass action per team turn.

It's a seperate action.Handing off the ball is an action, like Move, Blitz, Pass, etc. You may only declare one hand-off action per turn.
